Limited pets permitted only with written permission at an additional cost and subject to certain basic criteria.
is there safe parking?
Both Whale House and Oyster Catcher offer secure, off-street parking for your peace of mind.
what time do we check in and out?
Guests can check in between 16:00 and 20:00. Check out time is 10:00 on the day of your departure.
Is breakfast included?
Both homes are self-catering units, so no meals are included. We will, however, ensure that there is coffee, tea, sugar and rusks for you to enjoy.
are you geared for load shedding?
Yes! Both homes are completely solar powered, so load shedding won’t interrupt or derail your vacation.
do you allow children to stay?
Of course! All ages are welcome to stay. Besides, you can’t have a family vacation without the kids!
What is your cancellation policy?
• More than 1 month before check-in: 50% of deposit paid back
• More than 2 weeks before check-in: 25% of deposit paid back
• Less than 2 weeks before check-in: 0% of deposit paid back
