Cancellation Policy:

We understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel your reservation.
In the event of a cancellation, please note our Cancellation Policy:

•  Should you cancel your booking more than 1 month before check-in, 50% of the deposit will be paid back to you via EFT.
• More than 2 weeks before check-in: 25% of deposit paid back
• Less than 2 weeks before check-in: 0% of deposit paid back

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we will do our best to work with you to find a solution that is fair and reasonable for both parties.

  2. Keep you updated on new promotions;

  4. Furnish reasonable proof on request that we have complied with our responsibilities under this guideline.
  5. Discontinue storing your private records beyond their original purpose unless we are required by law to do so, or you consent to us retaining such information for a longer period.

Despite taking the precautions mentioned to safeguard your personal information, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred due to disclosure of such information beyond our reasonable control. 

Your rights

You are entitled to the following:

  1. Correcting any Personal Information collected by us;
  2. Disapproving of the handling of your Personal Information (as allowed by law);
  3. Asking for your Personal Information’s restoration or elimination from our records (in accordance with legislation); and
  4. Filing a grievance with our company if necessary.
